Alan D. Niebel

Mr. Niebel’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, asset transfers, tax liabilities, and real property issues.

Mr. Niebel comes to Berliner Cohen from a San Francisco law firm where he assisted clients in a broad range of estate planning and tax-related services.  He served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Marshall Whitley, Superior Court of California Probate Court, and as a law clerk in the tax division of the United States Attorney’s Office.  Prior to law school, he was a manager in the Provisioning Control Office of SBC (now AT&T) where he coordinated high capacity service installations and represented the company at union grievance meetings.
