Mr. Berquist represents clients in the area of tax law, advising partnerships, limited liability companies, corporations and nonprofit corporations on operational issues and on structuring and documenting transactions.  Another important part of Mr. Berquist’s practice is representing clients in Internal Revenue Service audits, as well as in audits and inquiries of state and local taxing agencies and authorities.
