Mr. Cashman serves as Managing Partner of Berliner Cohen and represents a wide variety of families and individuals in estate planning matters, including wills, living trusts, insurance trusts, complex trusts, educational trusts, charitable trusts, family partnerships, foundations and probate and estate administration matters. In 2008, Mr. Cashman was recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer by Law & Politics in Estate Planning and Probate.
