Mr. Violanti counsels and represents a variety of individuals and business entities in a broad corporate and general business practice ranging from formation and contractual matters to acquisition-related activities, including corporate reorganizations, stock and asset purchase and sale transactions and merger transactions.

Mr. Violanti has developed particular knowledge and experience in counseling and representing purchasers and sellers of middle-market entities. Mr. Violanti has also developed a general securities practice to assist entities in raising capital through private offerings. Prior to joining Berliner Cohen, Mr. Violanti served as General Counsel for a construction services corporation headquartered in San Jose.
