Berliner Cohen seeks experienced attorneys to join the Estate Planning, Real Estate and Land Use & Municipal Law departments in our Merced office.  Candidates must work well with clients, be capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent writing and analytical skills.  CA Bar Admission required.  Strong real estate, land use, CEQA and litigation experience is preferred.  Firm offers a congenial work environment.
