PROGRAM:
If you are an employer of 50 or more employees, California law (AB1825) requires that you provide two hours training every two years to all your managers and supervisors on recognizing and preventing sexual harassment. New managers and supervisors must receive such training within the first six months of their hire or promotion.
If you have less than ten managers who require training, have newly hired or promoted managers, or have supervisors who missed your last in-house training, they are invited to attend a training session at Berliner Cohen that will satisfy California state law requirements.

Ms. Wilson provides training in workforce sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation, and conducts audits of workplace policies and procedures
