Andrew Faber Presents at League of California Cities Spring Conference

Andrew L. Faber, Berliner Cohen partner, was a featured speaker during the City Attorneys Spring Conference sponsored by the League of California Cities, May 7-8, 2008, at the Hilton Torrey Pines in La Jolla, CA. His presentation, “Prop. 98 – Property Owner Protection or Hidden Agendas Scheme,” highlighted specific provisions in Prop. 98 and their impact upon public entities.
In addition, Berliner Cohen’s Land Use and Municipal Law Department hosted its 22nd annual dessert reception on May 8 for conference attendees.
