Ralph Swanson Joins Symphony Silicon Valley Board

Berliner Cohen is pleased to announce that Ralph J. Swanson, long-time litigation partner, will be joining the Symphony Silicon Valley’s Board of Directors.
On becoming a board participant, Mr. Swanson commented that he looks forward to helping guide the well-established organization as it continues its rich tradition as a cultural center in the heart of San Jose and the Silicon Valley.

Mr. Swanson has been practicing law in San Jose since 1975. During his many years of experience in commercial and environmental litigation, he has represented a variety of clients, from individuals to large, publicly traded corporations, in business litigation, environmental and toxic contamination litigation, real estate matters, trade secrets, and closely held and family-owned business disputes.
